RhyTime Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the RhyTime mobile app ("the App"), published by Les Digital LLC ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to them.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms and the terms of your app store.
Free trial and one-time purchase
The app provides 3 days of full access from first launch. The calendar remains free after the trial. Other full-version features require a one-time in-app purchase. The trial does not automatically charge you and is not a subscription. Your store displays the local price before you confirm a purchase. Payment processing, restoration and refund procedures are handled by the relevant app store, subject to applicable consumer rights.
Your content
Your plans, notes and habits are stored on your device. Optional voice transcription runs only on the device and requires local recognition support for your device and language. Device backups and sharing may use other services as described in our Privacy Policy. You own your content and are responsible for keeping backups you care about. We do not maintain a copy of your records and cannot recover them for you.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the App, or use it in violation of applicable law, except where the law gives you that right.
Reminders are a convenience
Reminders depend on your device, its operating system, battery settings and the permissions you grant. Do not rely on the App as your only means of being alerted to anything safety-critical, medical or time-critical.
No warranty
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Les Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
Changes
We may update the App and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.
